Our applications are designed to be functional with minimal data collection:

• Personal Information: We do not collect names or contact info unless you voluntarily provide them (e.g., via support emails or optional account creation using Firebase Auth).
• Vehicle Data (CarDiary): All fuel logs, maintenance records, and expense data are stored locally on your device or synced via your private account. We do not analyze or share this data.
• Content (LeaveANote): Notes and audio recordings are stored securely via Firebase to enable cross-device synchronization.

2. Location Services

• We use GPS location only when necessary for app functionality (e.g., anchoring AR notes or tagging vehicle events).
• We do not track your movements in the background or store your location history on our servers for marketing purposes.

3. Camera and Media Access

• AR Features: Camera access is used exclusively for Augmented Reality surface detection. We do not record or store video footage.
• Audio: Microphone access is used only if you choose to record an audio note. Recordings are stored securely and used only for your playback.

4. Payments and In-App Purchases

• All financial transactions are processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).
• We do not have access to your credit card numbers or bank account details. We only receive confirmation of successful purchases to unlock features.

5. Third-Party Services

• We use Google Firebase for secure data storage, authentication, and hosting.
• We use OneSignal for optional push notifications.
• We do not sell your data to third parties or use advertising tracking systems (No IDFA tracking).

6. Your Rights and Data Control

• You can delete your data or your account directly within the app settings.
